What is your warranty?

Every piece we offer is a labor of love, designed for daily admiration. Every purchase comes with our2-year warranty, covering any defects and ensuring repair or replacement, so you can buy with confidence!
What should I do if I'd like to use the warranty?

To use the warranty on your jewelry, simply email us at yuhe94551@gmail.com with a description of the issue and a picture of the product. Upon evaluation, we'll send a replacement or issue a reimbursement based on your country of residence and product availability. Alternatively, we'll repair any broken or damaged jewelry.
